Do you need large down payments?

In some cases, you can take delivery for $299 down. Keep in mind, the more you put down, the lower your payment will be. You can use a trade in as a down payment also. Even if you don’t have your down payment right now, you owe it to yourself to contact us and let us show you what we can do. In addition, all Sole Savers Eureka cars come with a limited warranty. We offer not only the car, but peace of mind as well.

What kind of cars do you sell?

At Sole Savers Eureka, we sell all kinds of cars, SUV’s, minivans and trucks, including work trucks. Mileage varies, but starts at about 50,000 miles. Do you need a work truck? How about something a little more reliable? Is a minivan more convenient for your growing family? Whatever you need we have it at one of our locations. Every vehicle is serviced at our hand-picked facilities so you can be sure of safe, reliable transportation.

What are the requirements for purchasing a vehicle at Sole Savers Eureka?

You will need a valid Driver’s License, most recent pay stubs or other proof of income, ability to get full coverage insurance, recent utility bill (phone, gas, cable, electric), your trade if you have one (with current registration or title), and any down payment you may have. You will talk to one of our credit specialists, and we’ll show you vehicles that fit your budget and credit situation. At Sole Savers Eureka, we want the vehicle, and the loan, to fit your specific needs.

How do the payments work?

Payments can be bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly based on income, your personal situation and the vehicle purchased. We are able to provide more flexible financing options than new car and ordinary used car dealerships, because of our special relationship with our lender, Northwest Acceptance Corporation. This gives us an advantage the other guys just don’t have. Payments are usually made at our office but can be made over the phone. We will custom design a financing program based on what works best for your individual situation.

How long does it take?

Chances are, we probably have the vehicle you want. Most of our customers can drive home in a Sole Savers Eureka vehicle the same day they visit us. If you bring in all the information we need, it can take as little as 20 minutes! You can even apply on-line 24/7 and be pre-approved before you arrive at our office. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Yes. We have confidence in our vehicles and stand behind them. You are welcome to take a vehicle to a licensed repair facility for an inspection prior to your purchase.

Do you take trade ins?

Yes, we take trade-ins of any make, model, and year. If you owe money on your trade, please be sure to bring your finance information with you including account number, phone number, and name of bank or finance company.

I have a bankruptcy, can you arrange financing for me?

Yes, as long as the bankruptcy is discharged. You may be asked to bring some paperwork with you confirming this.

How do you help people rebuild their credit?

Sole Savers Eureka sells cars and makes loans to people that banks and most car dealerships don’t want, or aren’t prepared to deal with. You have a number of choices. First, you could stop by one of our offices and talk to one of our credit specialists in person. They will speak to you about your credit situation in a relaxed manner. Once your budget and needs are established, you can select a vehicle.

Or....You can phone one of our offices and do it over the phone during regular business hours. We don’t have a “24 hour computerized” phone system. Every person is different and we want one of our credit specialists to speak to you in person. We don’t want some machine telling us which customers to approve. That personal touch is one of the things that make Sole Savers Eureka different.

Or....You can apply for pre-approval online at this site. Just go to our Credit Application Form, fill out the information, and one of our credit specialists will personally review it. Then we contact you by phone or email within 24 hours!

If I purchase a car from Sole Savers Eureka and do have some problems with my payments, what should I do?

The most important thing you can do for yourself is to make your payment on time and in full. In the unlikely event you will be late for a scheduled payment, it is extremely important that YOU contact your Sole Savers Eureka office and let us know BEFORE the payment is due. You can call, email or stop in. We do understand that people sometimes experience financial setbacks. It is your loan. It is up to you to keep the lines of communication open.

How many vehicles do you normally have in stock?

We normally have nearly 100 vehicles available. If you drive by our lot and don’t see that many vehicles, there could be several reasons.

  1. First, it takes us about 5 days to service and clean all of our vehicles. We will not sell a vehicle unless it is serviced and ready to be sold.
  2. Second, once that is done, they have to be transported from our service facility to our lot.
  3. Third, our lot sometimes is quite full. If that is the case, we store the vehicle until we can find the room on our lot.
  4. Lastly, we sell our vehicles rather quickly. If we deliver 5 or 6 vehicles in one day, it may take us a day or two to get the replacement vehicles to the lot.

In any event, even if you don’t see the vehicle you are looking for on our lot, we can probably get it! Ask a sales consultant, don’t delay, stop in email or call today.
